Double occupancy $75.00 - $210.00 / night, pending season
Additional person $25.00 / night
Rates are subject to change at any time. A three-day minimum stay is required on holiday weekends. At all other times, two-day minimum on weekends. Rates subject to NJ Sales Tax.
Check-in / Check-out
Check- in time is from 2pm to 10pm.
Check- out time is 11am.
Reservations
A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of booking for confirmed reservations. Balance is due at check- in payable by cash, Visa, MasterCard, and money orders.
Cancellations
If reservations are cancelled, the deposit (less a $20.00 processing fee) is refunded if we are able to re-rent the entire length of your reservation.
